About the Role

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities on construction and swimming pool projects in Colombo. Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
• Monitor project progress and schedule compliance
• Ensure safety regulation and policy adherence
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and teams
• Monitor labour, materials, and equipment use
• Maintain site records and documentation
• Maintain construction quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as Site Supervisor in construction
• Diploma, NCT, or equivalent in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Swimming pool construction experience preferred
