About the Role

Prepare quantity takeoffs, BOQs, cost plans, and tender documents for construction projects. Opportunity to work in Dubai office after 2 years. Salary LKR 125,000-150,000.

Responsibilities

Quantity takeoffs from design drawings using measurement software
Generation of takeoff sheets and reports
BOQ description development and bulk quantity verification
Cost plan preparation and QA/QC checks
Tender document and evaluation report assistance

Requirements

University degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or Construction Management
3-6 years pre-contract QS experience
Proficiency in Cost-X, Revit, and AutoCAD
Experience with NRM-1, NRM-2, CESMM-4 standards
