Foreman / Superintendent – Plant & Building (P&B)

About the Role

Plan and supervise mechanical, civil, and electrical maintenance at a manufacturing facility. Ensure reliable utility supply and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise mechanical, civil, and electrical maintenance
• Ensure reliable utility supply (electricity, compressed air, HVAC)
• Diagnose technical faults and implement corrective actions
• Lead maintenance teams and coordinate across departments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain documentation and analyse maintenance trends
• Create BOQ and process purchase requests

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering (NVQ Level 5)
• Minimum 5 years plant and building maintenance experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, SAP
• Knowledge of Lean and TPM (advantageous)
• English and Sinhala communication skills
