- Delivering technical services and cost-effective solutions to premium customers
- Leading sales growth initiatives through new product development and market positioning
- Providing consultative selling and integrated sewing advisory services
- Investigating and developing new products for vendor requirements
- Managing strategic accounts and coordinating regional/global resources
- Running global projects to increase market share
- Designing technical training programmes
Requirements
- Engineering degree with 8-10 years experience, preferably in readymade garments
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- MBA preferred
- Team player with go-getter mentality
