About the Role
Drive sales and business development for a plantation company in Colombo. Build client portfolios with attractive performance-based remuneration and overseas tour incentives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
- Build and manage client portfolios with focus on long-term relationships
- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or professional qualification from SLIM or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance Industry or Plantation Industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented approach
