About the Role

Support the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding. Maintain recruitment records and support employer branding campaigns. Hybrid work model in Colombo.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Coordinate onboarding including orientation, document collection, and background checks
Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment activities
Maintain recruitment records and employee databases
Support employer branding through recruitment presentations and talent attraction campaigns

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1-2 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
