Merchandiser – Product Development (4.5-Month Contract)

About the Role

Product development merchandising contract role (4.5 months) at Victoria's Secret in Colombo. Support seasonal product development from concept through production handover.

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal product development lifecycle
• Coordinate between design, technical, and production teams
• Manage time and action plans for product development milestones
• Review and approve samples and tech packs
• Communicate with vendor partners on product specifications

Requirements

• Experience in apparel merchandising or product development
• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
