Product Manager

About the Role

Fixed-term contract role bridging UK and Sri Lanka operations, driving product excellence across menswear and womenswear categories through fabric innovation, supplier sourcing, and cross-functional collaboration with designers.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaboration between UK and NSL teams with clear operational boundaries
• Motivate development teams to maintain premium service standards
• Communicate industry trends and innovations to suppliers and internal teams
• Introduce new wash techniques and printing innovations
• Prioritize fabric innovation balancing seasonal trends
• Partner with designers on trend-forward product development
• Source suppliers, optimize budgets, and enhance competitive offerings

Requirements

• UK buying or design background with deep high street customer understanding
• Experience in menswear and/or womenswear product assessment
• Denim product experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of woven and jersey fabrics
• Fabric development and sourcing expertise
• Keen eye for quality, color, and compliance standards
• Proactive, adaptable problem-solver with commercial acumen
