- Oversee pastry and bakery section operations alongside the Executive Pastry Chef
- Create high-quality pastries, bakeries, and desserts following standard recipes
- Maintain par stock levels with proper product rotation
- Ensure sanitation and hygiene standards in the pastry section
- Supervise colleagues and enforce hotel policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role at a 5-star international hotel
- Knowledge of pastries, bakeries, desserts, and cake decoration
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Leadership abilities and self-motivation
