About the Role
Contract HR & Admin role supporting workforce planning, statutory compliance (EPF/ETF), payroll, and employee relations for operations near Mirigama. Requires 5+ years experience and SAP ERP knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Support manpower planning and workforce requirement management
- Maintain employee records and manage attendance and leave systems
- Assist with payroll processing and monthly reporting
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Ensure statutory compliance including EPF and ETF obligations
- Manage HR administrative functions and policy implementation
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 5 years relevant HR & Admin experience
- Knowledge of Sri Lanka labour laws and statutory requirements
- ERP system experience, SAP preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
