Manager – Cyber Resilience

About the Role

The Manager – Cyber Resilience will lead efforts to strengthen BOC's cybersecurity posture, focusing on resilience planning, threat response, and security operations management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber resilience planning and execution
• Manage Security Operations Center (SOC) activities
• Respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents
• Oversee vulnerability assessments and penetration testing coordination
• Report to senior management on cyber risk posture

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
• Experience in banking or financial services cybersecurity
• Knowledge of Central Bank of Sri Lanka cybersecurity guidelines
