Manager – System Pre-Verification

About the Role

The Manager will lead the bank's pre-verification unit, managing a team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of banking system data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the system pre-verification team
• Establish and maintain verification standards and procedures
• Liaise with IT, operations, and compliance teams
• Oversee escalation and resolution of system discrepancies
• Prepare management reports on verification activities

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related field
• Professional banking qualification (AIB or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience
• Team management experience
