About the Role
Lead operations of a high-volume Burger King franchise outlet in Colombo, managing team performance, standards compliance, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to brand standards
- Lead, coach, and schedule front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Control food cost, labor cost, and inventory
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance
- Drive sales through excellent service and marketing support
- Report on performance metrics to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in QSR or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
