About the Role
Manage daily operations at a lakefront hotel in Bolgoda, overseeing all departments to deliver excellent guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations across all departments
- Lead front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams
- Control operational costs and manage inventory
- Ensure consistently high guest satisfaction scores
- Coordinate with sales on group bookings and events
- Report on operational KPIs to senior management
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management
- 3+ years operations management experience in a hotel
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in English and Sinhala
- Lakefront or boutique hotel experience preferred
