About the Role
Manage operations of a Délifrance bakery-café outlet in Colombo, overseeing team, product quality, and customer experience standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily café and bakery operations to Délifrance brand standards
- Lead and develop the outlet team
- Oversee inventory, product quality, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Drive revenue through upselling and excellent service
- Report on KPIs and financials
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years café, bakery, or restaurant management experience
- Strong attention to detail and passion for food quality
- Leadership ability and guest-service orientation
- Flexible availability including weekends
