About the Role
Run the savory section of Softlogic's restaurant kitchens, producing consistent high-quality dishes across multiple franchise brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead savory cooking section and ensure consistent output to brand standards
- Supervise commis chefs during service
- Control food cost and minimize wastage
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Support menu planning and new item development
- Train junior kitchen staff
Requirements
- Diploma in culinary arts from a recognized hospitality institute
- 3+ years experience in a similar kitchen role
- Strong hot kitchen and sauce-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
