About the Role
Entry-level kitchen role supporting pastry production in Softlogic's restaurant group. Ideal for recent culinary graduates or trainees.
Responsibilities
- Support pastry section in daily production tasks
- Prepare basic pastry items under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations
- Follow all food safety guidelines
- Learn from senior chefs and develop culinary skills
Requirements
- G.C.E A/L or basic culinary training
- Kitchen internship or 6 months experience is an advantage
- Keen interest in pastry and baking
- Willing to work shifts including weekends
