About the Role
Deliver exceptional service on the retail floor of Softlogic's branded apparel stores, assisting customers and driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers on the shop floor with product selection and advice
- Drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor presentation
- Process transactions and handle cash/card payments
- Stock replenishment and inventory checking
Requirements
- G.C.E A/L or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Presentable, customer-focused attitude
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
