About the Role
Handle customer relationships and export/domestic orders for a steel manufacturer in Katunayake, coordinating between production and clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with production and logistics on order fulfillment
- Prepare and process export and local delivery documentation
- Maintain customer records and order tracking systems
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Report on customer feedback and escalate issues as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience in export or manufacturing industry customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
