About the Role

Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance at Trinity Steel's manufacturing facility in Katunayake.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor workplace health, safety, and environmental policies
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
• Investigate accidents and near-misses and recommend corrective actions
• Deliver safety training and induction programs to employees
• Maintain safety records and prepare compliance reports
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lanka labor and safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum two years work experience as a safety officer
• Qualification in occupational health and safety (NEBOSH or equivalent preferred)
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
