About the Role

Drive bancassurance sales through key bank partnerships in the Jawatta area, building relationships with bank staff and customers to promote Union Assurance life insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with partner bank branches and their staff
• Drive insurance sales through bank channel partnerships
• Execute promotional programs to achieve sales targets
• Train and support bank staff on Union Assurance products
• Serve as UA brand ambassador within partnered banks
• Report on bancassurance performance metrics

Requirements

• Full/part qualification in CIM/SLIM or equivalent from recognized institute
• Minimum 3 years experience in bancassurance or corporate sales
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Tamil language ability is an advantage
• Proven track record in insurance or financial services sales
