About the Role

Promote and sell Union Assurance life insurance products through bank partner channels in Colombo, Kollupitiya, Bambalapitiya, and Fort branches.

Initiate and execute promotional programs to meet sales targets at partner banks
Build relationships with bank customers to promote insurance solutions
Serve as UA brand ambassador within assigned bank branches
Meet and exceed monthly insurance sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales

Full/part qualification in CIM/SLIM or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in corporate sales or customer relationship management
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
Results-driven and self-motivated
