About the Role
Drive student enrollment and brand awareness for a professional training institute through digital and field marketing activities across Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns to drive student enrollment
- Manage social media pages and digital marketing activities
- Represent the institute at career fairs, schools, and public events
- Coordinate with admissions team on lead management
- Create promotional content and marketing materials
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or business
- 1+ year marketing experience preferred (fresh graduates considered)
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Creative and self-motivated
